PÜNKTLICHKEIT

Die Schüler müssen an allen von der Junior Academy organisierten Aktivitäten pünktlich teilnehmen. (Golfunterricht, körperliches Training, Wettkämpfe, Veranstaltungen usw.)

KLEIDUNGSVORSCHRIFTEN

Die Schüler müssen die offizielle Kleidung der Junior Academy tragen, die für die jeweilige Aktivität angemessen ist. Bei Golfstunden ist die Teilnahme in Jeans, Trainingsanzügen oder anderer Kleidung, die für den Golfsport nicht geeignet ist, nicht gestattet. Bei Sportunterricht müssen die Schüler für die jeweilige Aktivität angemessene Kleidung tragen, d. h. Sportbekleidung (Turnschuhe, Trainingsanzüge, T-Shirts usw.)

ELTERN

Eltern ist es NICHT gestattet, während des Unterrichts, sowohl beim Golf- als auch beim körperlichen Training, anwesend zu sein. Bei Wettkämpfen ist es ihnen nicht gestattet, sich in der Nähe der Spieler aufzuhalten und ihnen erst recht zu keiner Zeit Ratschläge zu erteilen oder ihr Spiel zu beeinflussen. Im Falle einer dritten Verwarnung erfolgt der sofortige
Ausschluss aus dem Club.

SANCTIONS

INFRINGEMENTS ARE CLASSIFIED AS MINOR, SERIOUS AND VERY SERIOUS. THE PENALTY
WILL DEPEND ON THE TYPE OF INFRINGEMENT AND ITS SEVERITY.

Minor violations and sanctions:

Sanction: verbal warning.

These infringements will be assessed and sanctioned by the Pro, who must notify the Golf Natural Guidance Toni Planells Team of all those that entail any type of suspension. Sanctions for infringements 4 (written warning) and 5 must be approved and executed by the Disciplinary Committee.

Repetition of infringements will be considered to occur when they occur three times within a two-month period, or five times throughout the entire season.

SERIOUS violations and sanctions:

SANCTION:

Suspension of sports practice and/or participation in tournaments for a period between fifteen (15) days and the remainder of the season.

Written warning to the offender with communication, if he is a minor, to his parents and/or guardians, with mention of the sanction in the player’s file.

These violations will be evaluated by the Golf Natural Guidance Team Toni Planells, who will decide the sanction based on the severity of the events.

In cases where it is deemed appropriate, permanent expulsion from the Academy may be proposed.

SANCTIONING PROCEDURE

1. In those infringements in which the Golf Natural Guidance Toni Planells Team must intervene, ex officio or at the request of the Pros, a hearing will be given to as many people as can provide relevant information before deciding on the sanction. In the event that the offender is a minor, the parents or guardians must be present, or whoever they consider appropriate to guarantee the rights of the minor.

2. Once the decision has been made on the case, the parties shall be notified in writing, and the offences charged must be stated. If the offender is a minor, the parents or guardians, or whoever they consider appropriate, shall be notified, and they shall decide who shall inform the minor.

3. If you do not agree with any sanction imposed, you may appeal to the Golf Natural Guidance Toni Planells Team within a period of no more than 48 hours from the notification of the sanction. The Team will meet in an extraordinary session and will establish, within a maximum period of three days, the final decision, against which no further appeal may be made within the Club.

4. The Golf Natural Guidance Toni Planells Team may decide to file and dismiss the disciplinary proceedings when circumstances so advise.

5. In cases where there is a federation sanction, no additional sanction will be applied, except in the case of very serious offences which, in the opinion of the Academy, may result in expulsion from the Academy.

The Junior Academy reserves the right to modify the Rules in order to improve its operation.

Registration fees will be free for GNG Junior Academy players.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF CARDS

TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE

The competition committee will be made up of Juan Vidal, Miona Roig and Ángel Sánchez-Cantalejo.

Any employee or collaborator of the GNG Junior Academy who is responsible for collaborating on the day of the tournament will join.

CATEGORY

1. All beginner players without a handicap or with a handicap of 54 will play 9 P&P holes. To change category, they must demonstrate their skills and good behaviour on the 9-hole P&P course, achieving a score of less than or equal to 40 strokes in the GNG Junior Academy tournaments.

2. In 9- and 18-hole tournaments, all players in categories below the junior level will start from red bars. Players in the junior level or above will start from yellow bars.

3. All players over 11 years old and with a handicap below 36.4 will play 18 holes.

4. Players under 11 years of age, and with a handicap of less than 36, may decide for themselves in which category they want to participate.

MARKERS

1. In the 9-hole and 9-hole P&P categories, it is mandatory to provide a marker to accompany the children during the tournament.

2. Markers must be present half an hour before the start. This way, the committee members can explain the ins and outs of golf and the rules.

3. If a marker does not know a rule, he/she must call the committee to provide an answer to his/her question.

4. The marker must:
– Record the strokes of each player during the round.
– Monitor the good behavior of the players on the field.
– Control the playing time so as not to delay the games.
– Review the cards with the players, checking that the strokes have been recorded correctly and that the cards are signed by the player and the marker.
– The cards must be legible and not have any blots, and if there are any blots, they must be signed by the marker.
– If a card is unusable, the marker must take a new one and record that player’s strokes on the new card, checking the new record with the player and the marking partner.
– On the tee of hole 1, the markers will be provided with a document with the committee’s telephone number so that they can resolve any questions during the round.

The player is responsible for the condition of his card, the recording of his strokes and the signature on it.

MATERIAL

Each player must use their own equipment, which consists of:
1. Their own clubs, with a maximum of 14 per player.
2. Their own balls, necessary to complete the tournament.
3. Tees (in the case of the 9-hole and 18-hole categories) – in Pitch & Putt, the tee-off is from a mat.
4. Ball markers, which are used to mark the ball on the green.
5. Divot repair tools.

OPTIONAL MATERIAL

1. Towel to clean or dry the clubs. 2. Cap to protect from the sun. 3. If necessary, appropriate rain gear. 4. Thermal clothing to protect from the cold. 5. Umbrella. 6. Glove to improve the grip on the club.
GNG Junior Academy will not lend clubs during the tournament to players who do not have their own.
